At Dominion Jewelers, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to review eligible items for return in accordance with the policy below.
Returning Your Purchase
Eligible merchandise may be returned for store credit only within seven (7) days of receipt or purchase. We do not offer cash refunds, credit card refunds, or exchanges for cash value.All returns require prior approval from Dominion Jewelers.
To be eligible for store credit, merchandise must:
- Be returned within seven (7) days of receipt or purchase
- Be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, boxes, tags, and documentation
- Include any diamond, gemstone, or grading certificates originally provided
- Pass inspection upon return
- Store credit will be issued for the original purchase price, excluding shipping charges, and may be used toward future purchases.
Return Conditions
You have 7 days to return an item once it has been received. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a saleable state to be accepted for return. Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for returns.
Custom and Special Order Items
Due to the special nature of custom and special order items, these products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
