We recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping method, as Dominion Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

No. Custom-designed jewelry is created specifically for each client and is considered final sale.

Yes. We offer repair services for jewelry purchased from Dominion Jewelers as well as many items purchased elsewhere.

Repair work performed by Dominion Jewelers is warranted against defects in workmanship for ninety (90) days from the completion date.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage

Repairs performed by another jeweler
